What documents, if any do I need to bring to my free initial consultation?
At your free initial consultation, we will let you know what documents you will need to provide to us if you choose to file bankruptcy. However, there are some items which you can bring that will help Groth & Associates help you make an informed decision. These documents can include your most recent paystubs, recent tax returns and the total amount of debt that you owe. When you make your appointment for your free initial consultation, you will be informed of any other documentation you will need to bring with you.
